Ingredients

1 – Peach Mango
Directions
Put 16 to 20oz of cold water in a blender, pour in each packer-put in ice and blend into a ‘frothy’ slushy (great for hot days). Makes two servings. Variation: Instead of adding ice, just blend both packets together and pour into popsicle holders, freeze and enjoy.
IP Gummie
Ingredients
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Knox unflavored gelatin
Choice of flavoring, listed as freebies
• IP Black Cherry, Exotic Fruit, Lemon, Raspberry Lemonade, Tangerine, White Peach Water Enhancer
• IP BCCA (Branched Chain Amino Acids-Fruit Punch or Lemon-ime)
• IP Raspberry Gelatin
• IP Blueberry, Cranberry and Pomegranate Drink Mix
Directions
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients and whisk well; feel free to add another tbsp of water, if needed. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then add 2 tbsp almost boiling water to the mix to dissolve. Use a dropper to fill your molds. Refrigerate until set and enjoy!
All-Dressed Kale Chips
Ingredients
½ bunch kale leaves, washed
1½ tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp chili powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp sea salt
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line large-rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove kale leaves from stems and roughly tear into large pieces. Put leaves in a large bowl and massage in oil until fully coated. Combine spices in separate bowl, then sprinkle on leaves and toss to mix. Spread kale out on prepared baking sheet in a single layer without overcrowding. Bake 10 minutes, then rotate pan and bake another 12-15 minutes for a total of 25 minutes. Cool 3 minutes and enjoy right away, as they will lose crispness over time! Makes 1 to 2 servings.

Jello Cubes
Ingredients
4 pkts Knox unflavored gelatin
1 pkg IP Peach and Mango Drink Mix or Raspberry Gelatin
16 oz cold water
6 oz cold water
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Combine 16 oz cold water and plain gelatin; microwave until very hot. Stir until gelatin is dissolved, then mix additional 6 oz cold water with lemon juice and Ideal Protein drink of your choice. Stir until all protein is dissolved, then combine both mixtures and place in container. Chill for several hours or until set.
