Jazzed Up Ranch

Directions
Mix Walden Farms ranch dressing, cilantro, coriander, sea salt, and pepper to taste.

Sweet Onion Dressing

Ingredients
8 cloves garlic
½ med Vidalia onion
2 cups olive oil
½ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Splenda or other sweetener
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt

Directions
Blend in blender and enjoy!

Ketchup

Ingredients
6 oz tomato paste
½ cup water
¼ cup vinegar
5 tsp Stevia or ½ tsp liquid Stevia
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp onion powder
Pinch or up to ⅛ tsp each: ground cloves, cinnamon, and garlic powder

Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Be sure to add the spices, as they are important for that “Heinz” flavor. Yields 1⅓ cups.

Dilly Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
⅓ cup tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh dill, minced or 2 tsp dill weed
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Stevia to sweeten, optional

Directions
In a small bowl, whisk the mustard, vinegar and pepper. In a fine stream, drizzle oil into mixture, whisking constantly—dressing will thicken. Stir in dill, serve over salad greens. Yields 1½ cups.

Mustard-Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp shallot, finely minced
½ tsp prepared mustard
¼ tsp garlic, crushed
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Directions
Put shallot, mustard, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a small bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add olive oil and whisk until blended. Adjust seasonings to taste. Best when used fresh, but recipe can be increased, made in advance, and refrigerated in airtight container.

Our House Dressing
Presented to The Ideal Weigh from Darlene

Ingredients
1 pkg IP Tomato Basil Soup, mix as directed
⅔ cup Splenda
½ cup grapeseed oil
½ cup Walden Farms ketchup
½ cup Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo
¼ cup tarragon vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp horseradish to taste, optional

Directions
Mix in blender and chill. Makes approximately 1 quart.
