1 pkg IP Chocolate Drink Mix or any other IP drink
1 egg white
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp Splenda or Stevia
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla

Directions
Put the drink mix into a big mug and add enough water to bring it to a slightly watery pudding consistency—just enough to be able to mix easily. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a big fork until it is silky smooth. Put in the microwave for 3 minutes on a big plate. Let cool, and enjoy!

Cookies

Ingredients
1 pkg IP Vanilla Pudding
1 egg white
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Stevia or Truvia
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Whisk together the egg white, vanilla, sweetener, and water. Then, add 1 packet of IP Vanilla Pudding to the egg mixture and stir with a fork; the mixture should have the consistency of cookie dough.
