Flatbread
Ingredients
1 pkg IP Potato Puree Mix or other ‘creamy’ IP soup mix
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites
2 oz cold water
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp of basil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, and cilantro, based on preference
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Pour mixture onto pan and spread out—you can use different pan sizes to achieve desired thickness. Bake 20 minutes or until done; cook time and temperature may vary for desired thickness of bread. You can use this recipe to make breadsticks, pizza crust, hamburger buns, wraps, etc. Makes 1 serving.
