Step 1 • Initial Appointment
- Contact Us to set up your consultation with a health coach! We will go over everything you need to know to get started.
- Virtual consultations and appointments are also available.
Step 2 • Health Profile
- Prior to coming in for your initial appointment, complete the Ideal Protein Health Profile Form (PDF) and deliver or fax it to your clinic.
Step 3 • Weekly Meetings
- Weekly meetings—ongoing through Phases 1-3 of the protocol —will be conducted by one of our certified health coaches.
- We will review your food journal, weigh, measure, and periodically do body composition analyses. We will help you create positive changes in your diet, and encourage you to continue successfully throughout the program.
- During the weight-loss phases, you will be required to use a minimum of 3 Ideal Protein foods per day and the required supplements. Orders can be picked up at your weekly meeting.
- We encourage our dieters to ask questions and communicate any concerns or positive tips that we can share.
