4. Keep a shaker/bottle of water and IP drink packet or pre-mix drink on hand at all times. This will come in handy if you find yourself in a pinch and need a protein. PLUS-being they are non-restricted you won’t find yourself left with the choice of either eating a double restricted item that day or not eating at all! Both of which are not good options!
3. Make it a point to try and sit down to eat your meals with as little distractions as possible. This will allow you to fully enjoy your meals while helping your brain recognize that you have eaten!
2. Be prepared…cut up several days worth of veggies at the beginning of the week so you can get it done at once…it takes a lot of time to cut up veggies every day!
1. Have a plan going into social situations (and stick to it) so that you are prepared with what to expect and how you will handle any challenges that may come your way.
