Q: I live out of town. How can I participate in your program?
A: Give us a call to set up a phone consultation. You will have weekly one-on-one phone appointments with a coach. We will ship you product when you send in an order!
Q: Are there age restrictions on the program?
A: No. However, if a client is under the age of 17 years old we will need physician approval prior to starting the program.
Q: If I have food allergies can I still participate on the program?
A: Yes. We have an ingredient summary available for all of the products. There are many products to choose from so you will have plenty of variety!
Q: I travel and am out of town a lot. Can I incorporate this program into my lifestyle?
A: Definitely! The products are very portable and easy to travel with. Your health coach will help you to accommodate your busy schedule!
Q: I am nursing my baby. Am I able to participate in the program?
A: With physician approval you may participate in the program.
Q: Is this similar to the Atkins diet?
A: No. Our protocol is a healthy, adequate protein, low-glycemic, low-fat protocol. Vitamin and mineral supplementation is provided. We monitor fat and carbohydrate intake while providing your body an adequate amount of high biological protein every day to support lean mass. We provide weekly one-on-one support, along with education along the way for the lifestyle and behavioral changes necessary to make sure this is your last diet!
Q: Is this a high protein diet?
A: No. The amount of protein allowed on the protocol is an adequate (minimal) amount of protein a person needs every day to secure lean mass. Our proteins are high biological, highly absorbable, contain essential amino acids, and have a protein score of 100% based on the egg protein standard. Each protein product maximizes protein while minimizing calories, fat, carbohydrates, and sugar.
Q: How soon will I see results?
A: Right away! Each week you will see a decrease in weight and inches.
Q: What is an estimated amount of time someone is on the diet?
A: It depends on your weight-loss goal. Women average 3-5 pounds per week, and men average 4-7 pounds per week. Your estimated number of weeks on the program can be determined by taking the number of pounds you want to lose divided by 3 (for women) or 4 (for men) to give you the maximum number of weeks on the protocol.
Q: What is the weekly expense while on the diet?
A: You will get 21 meals and a coaching session weekly for approximately $84 per week. This will replace 60-65% of your grocery bill.
Q: I am a diabetic. Can I still do this diet?
A: Yes! This protocol is great for diabetics because it helps to stabilize blood sugar levels and insulin production. There is an alternative protocol available for diabetics.
Q: Can I go out to eat while on this program?
A: Of course, it is very easy to do! Your health coach will help you with tips and suggestions for eating out.
