Breaking An Unhealthy Generational Trend

posted Feb 08, 2010 | by Katherine

Fr. Joe Vogel, of Sioux Falls, SD, shares his incredible experience with the Ideal Protein Program and his motivation for starting into it.

I considered the Ideal Protein Program based on the experience and testimony of a good friend. I am 58 years old, was 30 to 40 pounds overweight, on high blood pressure medication and cholesterol medicine. My blood pressure was still very high. I also had headaches fairly frequently with occasional migraines.

After 11 weeks with Ideal Protein, I have lost over 35 pounds, my headaches are practically non-existent, as well as my migraines. My blood pressure and cholesterol medicines have been cut in half and my blood pressure is normal. At the end of Phase 2, I had my cholesterol level checked and it was 137 with taking only one half of the medicine.

My father died at 69 of a sudden heart attack and his father died at 55 the same way. This motivated me to start the program.

I can’t say enough about the Ideal Protein program. It requires significant discipline but the results are fantastic. I am more alert than I have been in ages and I was rarely terribly hungry throughout the program.

Barb’s Answered Prayer!

posted Jan 08, 2010 | by Katherine

Another letter of thanks to [company] and praise and honor to God!

I have never really told you why I started this program. My sister-in-law was the one that told me about the program. What is really amazing is that I had been praying for about 4 months for God to help me find a way to be strong enough to take off the weight so that I would be healthy enough to watch my teenage children turn into adults. I prayed every Sunday night at my hour of adoration at church that he would lead me in the right direction.

My mom was in Yankton staying with my brother and Arlyne and I was to stop at the Yankton exit on the interstate to meet my brother and pick up my mom. During this meeting time Arlyne comes roaring into the parking lot. She had just come from the Center in Sioux Falls. She handed me an envelope and told me to look at it when I had time and to give her a call with questions. She said, “Barb it is the last diet you will ever be on.” My mom talked to me about it on the drive home as Arlyne had filled her in. I just knew it was sent from God. There really wasn’t any other explanation to me.

So I joined 7+ weeks ago and have lost 30 pounds. It is the best thing I have ever done. I don’t even think about going off the program. I have never felt this way on any other diet in my life and trust me I have tried them all. So to you I say thank you for making this possible.

Deb’s Permanent Weight Loss!

posted Dec 13, 2009 | by Katherine

Here’s an amazing letter we received from one our excited customers!

Hello my [company] friends!

You know, when I met my goal in September, I decided if I could keep the weight off until the first of the year (2010) I might just be able to keep it off for the long term and I may have actually found a weight loss program that finally worked for me! Well…..I know it’s not quite the first of the year yet but I don’t think anything drastic will happen in the next 3 days!

I am so proud and thrilled to report that I have not only kept the weight off but actually lost a few more pounds since reaching my goal back in September. I have now kept the weight off longer than it took to “take” the weight off. I swear I get asked daily how I did it and never get tired of it!!! Your program is amazing and I am always happy to tell others about it.

Thanks for everything!!

Forever grateful,
Deb

Remember: skills, not memberships.

Keep a shaker/bottle of water and IP drink packet or pre-mix drink on hand at all times. This will come in handy if you find yourself in a pinch and need a protein. PLUS-being they are non-restricted you won't find yourself left with the choice of either eating a double restricted item that day or not eating at all! Both of which are not good options! Read More »
